The circle of life! Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan stepped out in Sydney, Australia, on Tuesday, October 16, hours after the palace confirmed they are expecting their first child.
Meghan, 37, stunned in a white sleeveless dress by Karen Gee, while Harry sported a sleek suit during their trip to the Admiralty House with Australia’s Governor General Peter Cosgrove and his wife, Lady Lynne Cosgrove.
The duo are also set to go to the Taronga Zoo in Sydney on Tuesday. According to the Australian Associated Press, the zoo named two koalas after the couple ahead of their May nuptials as a wedding present.
A source told Us Weekly that the Duchess of Sussex is “a couple days just shy of her 15-week mark,” noting that she is due around her niece Princess Charlotte’s birthday, May 2.
After attending Princess Eugenie’s wedding at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle — the same location they wed in May — on Friday, October 12, the duo jetted off to Australia for their first international tour together. They will also visit Fiji, the Kingdom of Tonga and New Zealand during their tour.
The source told Us that the Suit’s alum “has no plans to change any stops on the tour” due to her pregnancy. The couple also “consulted with medical experts” about traveling to Fiji and Tonga despite ”the Zika virus risk,” per the source.
